The Pioneer Principal of the College was Mr Adeniyi Emmanuel Sunday (B.A.(Ed) English)

The first entrance examination into JSS was conducted on the 26th of June, 1993.

The pioneer Boarding students on the 18th of September, 1993 while Day students resumed on the 20th day of September, 1993.

The first Open Day took place on 28th October, 1993.

The College moved to a new, bigger and more prestigious site along Ondo Road, a property belonging to HRM Oba S.S. Adedugbe, on the 17th of September, 1994.

Seventeen (17) Boarders, comprising of eight (8) boys and nine (9) girls resumed on this new site in the evening of the same day 17th September, 1994.

The first Boarding teachers were Miss Olamigoke O.M. and Miss Ojareche Esther.

The school anthem “All Hail Gloryfield International College” was composed by Miss Olamigoke O.M.

The first set of prefects were appointed on the 11th of October, 1994 for 1994/1995 academic session. The first Senior Prefect Boy was Segun Akinrolabu while the first Senior Prefect Girl was Ibukun Akinniranye.

The first set of College (67 JSS3 students) started National Board for Educational Measurement (NBEM), now NECO on the 1st July, 1996.

The same set of students also sat for Ondo State conducted Junior School Certificate Examination (JSCE).

The college moved to its Permanent Site in the year 1997.

The first Founder’s Day Anniversary took place on the 21st February, 1999- 23rd February, 1999.

First Valedictory Service for SSS 3 was held on 30th May, 1999.

The first Speech and Prize-Giving Day took place on 23rd February, 2000.

The male students left the old hostel for the new hostel constructed on the Permanent Site on the 11th of September, 2001.

The female students moved from their former hostel to the new hostel on the College ground on the 9th February, 2002.

The first Inter-House Sports Competition took place on the 31st of March, 2003.

The 10th year Founder’s Day Anniversary of the College was held from 9th – 12th February 2004.

The implementation of the separate Junior and Senior Secondary School policy based on new Government directive took effect in the College on 20th of February, 1997. In which the first Junior School principal was Pastor Ajayi Bernard.

The Proprietress office in the College’s permanent site was opened and dedicated to the glory of God on 15th September, 2008.

The new College Anthem was composed by Miss Chukwuma Stella (SS1 student, 2011/2012) and was adopted for use in 2012.
